These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you (referred to as "Client," "You," or "Your") and Rachel (referred to as "Service Provider," "Rachel," "We," "Us," or "Our"), for the provision of a one-hour tech session for website troubleshooting and issue correction. By booking and participating in the session, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Scope of Service:

  • The tech session provided by Rachel is limited to one hour of online assistance for troubleshooting and correcting website issues as described during the session.

  • The service is provided entirely online, and you must have access to the internet and relevant login credentials for your website.

2. Scheduling and Validity:

  • The one-hour tech session must be booked within six (6) months of the purchase date.

  • Failure to schedule and complete the session within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the service, and no refunds will be provided.

3. Fees and Payment:

  • The fees for the one-hour tech session are as agreed upon during the purchase.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking the session.

4. No Guarantees:

  • While Rachel will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your website issues, we do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved within the one-hour time frame.

  • The success of issue resolution depends on various factors, including the complexity of the issue and the information provided by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your website issues during the session.

  • You must be available and actively participate in the session to facilitate issue identification and resolution.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule the tech session, please provide at least 1 hours' notice.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in a forfeiture of the session.

7. Confidentiality:

  • Any information shared during the tech session will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the extent permitted by law, Rachel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the tech session or the website issues.

9. Termination:

  • Rachel reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any client who engages in inappropriate or abusive behavior during the tech session.

10. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Rachel reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website or communicated directly to the client.

Refund Policy for One-Hour Online Coaching Session

We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund for our one-hour tech session. We aim to provide transparency and fairness in all our policies, including our refund policy. Please read the following refund policy carefully:

1. Refund Eligibility:

3. How to Request a Refund:

  • Provide your name, booking details, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund, citing one of the eligible circumstances.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your refund request is received, we will assess it based on the conditions stated in this policy.

  • If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

    • You have used a portion of the one-hour tech session.

    • You request a refund after 10 days from the date of purchase.

    • Your request does not meet the conditions specified in this policy.

Terms and Conditions for 3 Session Website Development Package

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing the 3 Session Website Development Package offered by My life Edit (hereinafter referred to as "the Host"). By booking this package, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Package Description

The 3 Session Website Development Package includes three online sessions with the Host, each lasting for 1 hour. During these sessions, the Host will provide website development and design expertise, troubleshoot any issues, repair technical problems, and offer input on website features and design as needed.

2. Package Duration

The package is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase (hereinafter referred to as "the Package Duration"). Within this timeframe, clients may schedule and complete their three sessions with the Host.

3. Session Scheduling

Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions with the Host. Sessions may be scheduled at any time during the Package Duration, subject to the availability of the Host. To schedule a session, clients must contact the Host via the provided contact information.

4. Unused Sessions

If the client fails to schedule and complete all three sessions within the 6-month Package Duration, any unused sessions will be forfeited. No refunds or extensions will be provided for unused sessions.

5. Package Purchase

Clients must purchase the entire 3 Session Website Development Package as a bundle. Individual sessions cannot be purchased separately.

6. Payment

Payment for the package is due at the time of booking and must be made through the specified payment methods provided by the Host.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 1 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated to the Host as soon as possible. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being counted as completed.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to their website, necessary login credentials, and any relevant information or materials required during the sessions. The Host will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

9. Confidentiality

The Host will maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information or materials provided by the client during the sessions. Non-disclosure agreements can be arranged upon request.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Host reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on the Host's website.

We understand that circumstances may arise where a client may request a refund for the 3 Session Website Development Package.

Please review our refund policy below for details on eligibility and the refund process:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Clients are eligible for a refund if they have not yet scheduled or completed any of the three sessions within the Package Duration of 6 months.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@mylifeedit.com within 10 days of the package purchase date.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please send an email to support@mylifeedit.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name/Company Name]." In the email, include your name, contact information, and the reason for the refund request.

  • The Host will review the refund request within 10 business days.

  • If the refund request is approved, the Host will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

3. Refund Denials

  • Refund requests made after 10 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for consideration.

  • If any of the three sessions have been scheduled or completed within the Package Duration, the client will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining sessions.

  • Refunds will not be provided for unused sessions that were forfeited due to failure to schedule or complete them within the 6-month Package Duration.

Terms and Conditions for Consultation Booking Services

By booking and participating in the consultation, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below:

  1. Scope of Service: The consultation service provided by the Designer is tailored to your specific needs for custom graphic design, logo creation, and website building as discussed during the session.

  2. Scheduling and Validity: The consultation must be scheduled within six (6) months of the purchase date. Failure to schedule the consultation within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the service, and no refunds will be provided.

  3. Fees and Payment: The fees for the consultation service will be based on either a pay-per-hour or pay-per-project pricing model, as agreed upon during the purchase. An invoice will be sent to you at the completion of the project, with payment due within 24 hours of receipt.

  4. No Guarantees: While I will make every reasonable effort to meet your design and development needs, I cannot guarantee that all specific requirements can be met within the constraints of the consultation or subsequent project work.

  5. Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your design and development needs. You must be available and actively participate in the consultation to facilitate effective communication.

  6. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule the consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation.

  7. Refund Eligibility:

    • Clients are eligible for a refund if they have not yet scheduled or completed the Consultation Session within 10 days of purchase agreement.

    • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@mylifeedit.com within 10 days of the purchase date.

    • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. ​​

Build My Systeme.io Funnel Consultation Service Booking Policy

Our goal is to assist you in creating a systeme.io website funnel that meets your unique business needs. Service Inclusion

  • This service includes a comprehensive consultation and funnel-building service using the pre-built funnel offered in The Roadmap Business Course, tailored to your specific requirements.

Timeframe

  • The consultation and funnel building is promised within 3-5 business days from the start date, excluding Sundays. The timely completion of our service depends on the prompt receipt of all necessary information and prerequisites from you, the client.

Prerequisites

  • Prior to the consultation, clients are required to complete certain prerequisites outlined by us. These prerequisites are crucial for a timely and efficient service delivery. Failure to complete these prerequisites in a timely manner may result in delays, for which we cannot guarantee the originally stated turnaround time.

Start Date Selection

  • Clients may choose their preferred start date for the service, subject to availability, within one month of the purchase date. This allows flexibility while ensuring timely planning and execution of the service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the agreed upon start date. To cancel, clients must notify us in writing within this timeframe. This policy ensures minimal disruption and allows us to allocate resources efficiently.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available if the service is cancelled within 24 hours of the agreed start date and no services have been rendered yet. This ensures fairness and allows us to maintain high-quality service delivery for all our clients.

Modification of the Funnel

Guarantee

  • While we aim to deliver the service within the specified timeframe, the completion is subject to the timely receipt of all necessary information and completion of prerequisites by the client. We strive to meet all deadlines, but please be aware that delays on the client’s part may affect the project timeline.

Terms and Conditions for Custom Website Design Services

  1. Introduction

    • These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of web design services provided by My Life Edit, owned by Rachel Terry, ("the Designer") to you, the Client. By engaging with the Designer for web design services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. Initial Consultation

    • Before beginning any web design services, the Designer will conduct an initial consultation to understand the scope and requirements of the project. This consultation is crucial for setting the expectations and deliverables for both parties.

  3. Scope of Services

    • The Designer agrees to develop a custom website which includes:

      • A fully functioning website attached to one domain.

      • A landing page, information page, order page, thank you page, and legal page (all documents for the legal page must be provided by the Client).

      • Up to three separate product pages.

      • Creation of one thank you email for each product page, incorporating any client-provided documents and links.

      • Addition of a roadmap customer pre-purchase email campaign template, customized with links, names, logos, and the Client’s website or company name, as provided.

  4. Additional Services and Fees

    • Any services not listed above will be considered additional services and may incur additional fees. A separate agreement will be required for any additional services requested by the Client.

  5. Client Responsibilities

    • The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content and documents before the commencement of the project. The project start date is contingent upon the Client submitting a completed questionnaire with all required information.

    • The Client must be present and share their screen for any tasks that require access to financial accounts or connecting payment services, to ensure privacy and integrity.

  6. Design Revisions

    • The Client is entitled to a limited number of revisions to the website design and functionality. Specifically, the Client may request changes within reasonable limits during the final walkthrough of the website. Major revisions, such as complete page redesigns after final approval, are not permitted.

  7. Project Completion and Maintenance

    • The Designer guarantees the functionality of the website for two months post-completion. This includes troubleshooting and correcting issues with site automations and functionality but does not include changes to the design or additions to the site content.

  8. Refund Policy

    • In the event that the Designer is unable to deliver the website as agreed upon and after reasonable attempts to rectify the situation, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, less any costs already incurred for work completed.

  9. Governing Law

    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

By engaging My Life Edit for website design services, you, the Client, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Email Sequencing Service

1. Service Description: My Life Edit’s Email Sequencing service involves creating and managing a series of 10 emails designed to achieve the client’s specified marketing objectives. This service includes email content creation, campaign strategy planning, performance optimization, and comprehensive reporting.

2. Client Obligations:

  • Information Provision: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, including target audience details, marketing goals, and any specific content requests, in a timely manner. Delays in providing this information may result in project delays.

  • Approval and Feedback: Clients must provide timely approvals and feedback on email drafts and campaign strategies to maintain the project timeline.

3. Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required upfront before commencement of any work. Payments can be made via major credit cards or PayPal.

  • Services are billed per email sequence, not per individual email or campaign adjustments.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients may cancel the service within 48 hours of the initial booking for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:

  • All content created by My Life Edit, including written content, graphics, and email templates, is the intellectual property of My Life Edit and is provided to the client for specific use in email marketing campaigns managed by the client.

  • Reproduction or redistribution of any materials provided as part of the service is prohibited without the express written consent of My Life Edit.

6. Liability Limitation:

  • My Life Edit is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

  • My Life Edit does not guarantee specific results or increases in sales, engagement, or website traffic as a result of the email sequences implemented.

7. Confidentiality:

  • All client information and data shared during the course of the project will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Revisions and Adjustments:

  • The service includes up to two rounds of revisions per email. Additional revisions beyond this may incur additional charges.

  • Requests for major changes to campaign strategy or content after approvals may result in additional fees and extended project timelines.

9. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Upon termination, all remaining unpaid services will become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law:

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My Life Edit operates.

11. Agreement to Terms:

  • By booking the Email Sequencing service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for "Add A Section" Service

1. Service Description: My Life Edit’s "Add A Section" service involves designing and integrating a new section into an existing website. This could include, but is not limited to, an "About Us" page, FAQs, or a services section. The service includes content creation, design integration, and SEO optimization.

2. Client Obligations:

  • Information Provision: Clients must provide all necessary details about their website and the type of section they wish to add. This includes access credentials if necessary, target audience insights, and any specific content or design preferences.

  • Approvals and Feedback: Clients are expected to review and approve drafts and designs within a stipulated timeframe to ensure the project stays on track.

3. Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required upfront to initiate the project. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and PayPal.

  • The service is charged per section added to the website.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients can cancel the service within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service price.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:

  • All content and designs created by My Life Edit for the website section remain the intellectual property of My Life Edit. The client is granted a license to use this content exclusively on their website.

  • Unauthorized use or distribution of the content outside of the client’s website is prohibited without prior written permission from My Life Edit.

6. Liability Limitation:

  • My Life Edit will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.

  • My Life Edit makes no guarantees regarding improvements in website traffic or user engagement directly attributable to the added section.

7. Confidentiality:

  • All information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the service. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

8. Revisions and Adjustments:

  • The service includes up to four rounds of revisions per added section. Further revisions may be subject to additional fees.

  • Significant changes requested after initial approvals may affect the project timeline and cost.

9. Termination:

  • The agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice if there is a breach of terms that is not rectified within an agreed period.

  • Upon termination, any balance for work completed but not yet paid for must be settled immediately.

10. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country in which My Life Edit is registered.

  • By booking the "Add A Section" service, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
